what is a matrix account and why do i need it?
a matrix energetics account is a personal account that is created for each seminar registrant. when a user registers for a matrix energetics seminar an account is automatically created to process that registration. we have created this membership program to benefit our seminar attendees. the matrix energetics membership program will allow you access to discounts for future seminars and special offerings such as future online training events.
here are a number of advantages for creating a matrix energetics account:
do you have any discounts for people who have attended past seminars?
yes. once you have registered through our website for a me fundamentals (or level 1, level 1 & 2), or magic (or level 3) or mastery (or level 4) or a practitioner certification (pc) seminar and then attended that seminar, you will be eligible for a member (repeat attendee) price for future seminars where member pricing is offered. current member pricing can be found on our seminar pricing page.
if you received an email with a user name and password, you have an account on the new website. just login to your account and choose full payment or deposit. the website will automatically apply the member price for me fundamentals and me fundamentals + unplugged only, if applicable. for all other member or repeat attendee pricing, please phone the office at: 800-269-9513 or 425-776-8228.
if you are thinking of repeating right away and registering for more than one me fundamentals or level 1 & 2 seminar, please do not register online until the tuesday after the first seminar for the database to process your attendance and apply the repeat discount. you will see the discount applied on the payment step. also, there will be registration sheets at the seminar for your convenience. the pre-registration discount will also be extended, where applicable, when you sign up at a seminar.
be sure to check the billing page (step 3) to verify that the discount has been applied before you submit your payment.
if you last attended a seminar earlier than march 2007, you will need to contact the office in order to receive the repeat discount.
what seminars and/or events can i attend to qualify for repeat discounts?
a member price (or repeat attendee discount) is available for those matrix energetics account holders who have attended me fundamentals (or level 1, level 1 & 2), magic (or level 3), mastery (or level 4) or pc seminars and are registering to attend those corresponding seminars again. attending live demonstrations, the free friday night pre-seminar introduction, and mini-workshops will not count towards future repeat discounts.
are dr. bartlett and melissa joy teaching the seminar?
dr. bartlett and melissa joy are the only teachers of the matrix energetics seminars at this time and both teach at every matrix energetics seminar.
what is the size of the class?
our seminars average between 150-250 people. ballrooms are usually 5000 square feet.
is bottled water available?
coffee and hot water are available until 10am each morning. water is available all day.
are any of the meals provided?
there is a lunch break - usually 1.5 hours in the middle of the day; hours vary. you are on your own for lunch, and there are usually hotel restaurants and/or other eating establishments nearby. you are welcome to bring snacks.
are the seminars usually full by pre-registration?
not necessarily - if we are getting close, online registration for that seminar will close and you will need to call the office to register.
are mentors available to work with after the completion of me fundamentals (or level 1&2)?
you are eligible to participate in study groups and teleconferences. if you have attended a matrix energetics seminar, you may host a practice group for other seminar graduates. please see our study group listings and study & practice group guidelines on our local study groups page.
do you offer family rates or group discounts?
we understand that attending a matrix energetics seminar requires a financial commitment. we do not offer a group or family rate. matrix energetics offers a substantial pre-registration discount off of the regular price for me fundamentals and pc seminars.
we also offer a matrix energetics member discount, which expands upon what was formerly known as our repeat attendee discount. the member discount now includes matrix energetics fundamentals, practitioner certification, magic, (the expanded course previously known as level 3: whizard's training) and mastery (formerly level 4, the journey into self-mastery) seminars. we also offer a certified practitioner rate for the matrix energetics fundamentals seminar only. please refer to pricing and prerequisites, as well as course descriptions for eligibility.
do you allow children?
children under 18 years old will be considered and approved on a case-by-case basis. we are concerned not only with the quality of the seminar for the other participants but also for the wellbeing of your child. in addition, matrix energetics cannot and will not be responsible for the child's care and safety.
please understand that your child takes a seat in the seminars any discount reflects this as well as he/she will be expected to listen and participate in all sections of the seminar, including the group practice sessions.
caretakers must agree by email with specific terms and we will need a different email address in order to register your child.
can i pay with a check or money order?
yes. money orders or personal checks are welcome and must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the seminar in order to be processed. we do not accept personal checks at the door. please make your check is payable to matrix energetics and note which seminar you plan to attend. also please make sure we have the email address where your receipt should be emailed. we cannot register you without a proper email address.

what is my username and password?
if you have registered using matrix energetics new website and cannot find your username and password (sent to you when you created your account), you can go to the login info retrieval page to retrieve your username and password. you will need to enter the email address used when you originally registered.
if you do not know the email address for the account you created, or if you no longer have access to that email address - please contact the office for assistance with retrieving your account information.
can i register another person with my credit card?
you can register as many people for a matrix energetics seminar as you like. the one requirement is that all registrants must have their own account and email address in order for matrix energetics to produce badges & manuals as well as track the accounting for each registrant.
if you want to register more than one person for a seminar, you will need to create a separate account for each user. accounts are created only by using a separate email address. once you have completed each registration please log out and then create a new account and registration with a separate email. address & phone number may be the same, but a separate email is required to create a unique account.
how do i know when the prices change for registrations?
registration prices change throughout the months prior to an applicable event. matrix energetics offers two pricing periods for certain seminars: a pre-registration price period and a full registration price period. the pre-registration price is usually available up to about 4 weeks prior to the event. to find out the exact date of a price change, go to the seminar information page for a given seminar. the seminar info page can be found by going to the seminar calendar and then clicking on the "pricing" link under the seminar you are interested in. pricing and dates for that seminar will be located in the right column under "current pricing".
can i pay a deposit on a registration?
yes. during the pre-registration price period, for most seminars, matrix energetics offers you the option of paying a deposit. the deposit amount is usually $150 - $200. matrix energetics requires that all deposits be paid with a credit card as the balance for your registration will be automatically charged to that same card after the close of the pre-registration period. during your registration process if you select deposit the website will clearly tell you the date your balance will be charged prior to the completion of your registration.
i registered but did not receive a confirmation email, where did it go? all registration and account creation emails are sent from the following email address: seminars@matrixenergetics.com. if you did not receive an account creation email or your registration confirmation email, it is possible that your spam or junk mail filter may have intercepted the email.
if you have checked your spam and junk folders and still cannot locate the account welcome or registration confirmation emails - please confirm the following:
1) you actually completed the registration process. you will know you have completed the process when a screen is displayed saying "seminar registration complete" and thanking you for your registration and displaying your confirmation number.
2) you entered the correct email address when you created your account. to verify this go to the matrix energetics website and login with the username and password you provided when you created your account. once logged in go to contact info on the left navigation and you can update your email address there.
if you are sure that you have completed the registration and you have verified that your account has the correct email address - please contact the office and we can have your confirmation email resent to you.
what if i do not have an email address, can i still register for a seminar?
no. all registrants must have a unique email address. the matrix energetics registration system uses the email address as the unique identifier in order to create your account. if you, or a family member whom you are trying to create an account and registration for do not have an email address, we would highly recommend using a free service such as google's gmail or microsoft's hotmail for creating an email address to use for your matrix energetics account. click here to get a gmail email address.
how can i get a roommate to share a room at the hotel?
please sign up for our message board (purple tab) where you can post a request for a roommate in our roommates & ride-shares forum. this is a different database than the registration account and requires creating a different login.
is my matrix registration login the same as my matrix message board login?
no. the matrix registration system and the matrix message board are two different systems - so your login is different for both systems. you may get lucky and be able to create a username and password combination that work in both systems - but you will need to login to each system independently.
what do you get when you enroll in a seminar?
you receive the manual for that seminar, where applicable, along with your name badge when you sign in. your seminar name badge must be worn at all times to be admitted into the seminar.
when are you having a seminar in my hometown?
the seminar schedule that is posted on this site is the most current schedule available. we post dates and locations of upcoming seminars as they are confirmed. new venues are added regularly. please sign up for the newsletter to receive ongoing updates.
do you provide special accommodations for disabilities?
matrix energetics' policy is to provide "reasonable, effective communication" to disabled attendees. due to our travel & teaching schedule, we require three (3) weeks notice in order to provide these accommodations. please call the registration office at 800-269-9513 (or 425-776-8228) or email: info@matrixenergetics.com to make your arrangements.
