How many seminars do I need to attend in order to become a Matrix Energetics® Certified Practitioner?
You must attend two (2) complete Fundamentals or Fundamentals Intensive seminars and one (1) Field Trip (3-day complete ME Unplugged: Spatial Clairvoyance + Intuitive Awareness Intensive) or Fundamentals and Field Trip Intensives (3-day) seminar*. After completing one (1) ME Fundamentals or Fundamentals Intensive, you are eligible to attend the Field Trip (3-day) or ME Fundamentals and Field Trip Intensives (3-day) seminars.
Can I attend my first Fundamentals and Field Trip seminar at the same time?
Yes. ME Fundamentals, ME Fundamentals Intensive, Field Trip and ME Fundamentals & Field Trip Intensives seminars are offered in the United States and in select countries around the world. You may register for both Fundamentals and Field Trip seminars at the same time provided you complete the Fundamentals seminar before attending the Field Trip seminar. Upon completion of the first Fundamentals seminar, you will then have two (2) years to complete all the Practitioner Certification (PC) requirements. You may attend any of the two (2) Fundamentals and one (1) Field Trip seminars anywhere at any time as space permits. For your second Fundamentals seminar, you will be eligible for the repeat seminar discount. It is not necessary to notify Matrix Energetics International that you are attending your second Fundamentals seminar or your Field Trip seminar to complete your PC requirements. We have this record. It is important to document your seminar attendance in your PC journal for submission once you have finished your seminar attendance requirements.
*You may count Fundamentals or Field Trip seminars attended within two (2) years prior to 2015 towards your seminar requirement. If you have already fulfilled this requirement, you will have two (2) years from 2015 to complete the remaining certification requirements.
In addition to completing two (2) Fundamentals seminars and one (1) Field Trip seminar, what else is required to complete this certification process?
You must complete and document 120 practicum sessions/hours* in a journal format within two (2) years of attending your first Fundamentals (or within two (2) years of 2015 if you attended your first Fundamentals within 2 years prior to 2015). In order to allow for Matrix Energetics® to move through you via different methods of practice, the following structure is required:
While M-Joy Of Being (Women*, M-Joy Integrative*, M.E.D.**, Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems**, Magic, MHRT**, and Mastery Seminars are not required for ME practitioner certification, attendance is strongly encouraged to support the developing skills of the ME Practitioner in-Training.
*Please note that the terminology of hours and sessions are often interchangeable when referring to Matrix Energetics®. The session is done when it is done. Hours are generally applicable when referring to Webinars, Study Groups and Seminars as they typically meet in hourly increments.
Document 120 sessions/ hours of Matrix Energetics® practical experience in a journal as listed above and you will fulfill your obligation to this requirement.
How should my PC Journal be formatted?
Documentation should be simple and concise. Please include a cover page indicating full name, specific seminars attended including level, location, month and year, and a brief summary of your Practicum Hours.

You may begin documenting Practicum Hours in your PC Journal after attending your first Fundamentals seminar. However, you may only count up to 60 hours/sessions prior to attending your first Field Trip seminar. No more than 60 hours/sessions may be credited prior to attending your first Field Trip seminar. The remaining 60 or more hours/sessions must be documented after attending the Field Trip seminar so that you demonstrate basic mastery of these specific seminar training concepts. If you have previously attended two (2) Fundamentals and one (1) Field Trip seminars within two (2) years prior to 2015, you may complete your PC Journal and fulfill your Practicum Hours.
May I count my previous seminar attendance toward the 120 sessions/hours requirement?
You may count previous attendance for two (2) Fundamentals seminars and one (1) Field Trip seminar attended up to two (2) years prior to 2015 toward your Required Seminars. You may count previous attendance within two (2) years prior to 2015 at a third Fundamentals for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, a second Field Trip for a MAXIMUM of 12 hours OR one (1) ME Unplugged: Spatial Clairvoyance stand alone seminar for a MAXIMUM of 4 hours or one (1) Intuitive Awareness Intensive (IAI) stand alone seminar for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) M-Joy Of Being* for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) M-Joy Of Being (Women)* for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) M-Joy Integrative* (3-day) for a MAXIMUM of 12 hours or one (1) M-Joy Integrative* Intensive (2-day) for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems** for a MAXIMUM of 12 hours, one (1) Master Energy Dynamics (M.E.D.)** for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) Magic seminar for a MAXIMUM of 8 hours, one (1) Master Harmonic Resonance Technology (MHRT)** for a MAXIMUM of 4 hours and one (1) Mastery seminar for a MAXIMUM of 12 hours toward your 120 sessions/hours requirement.
How long do I have to complete my requirements?
You will have two (2) years from attending your first Fundamentals seminar to complete the requirements. For those who have completed their first Fundamentals seminar, you will have two (2) years from 2015 to complete the requirements. If extenuating circumstances require you to need additional time, please email Matrix Energetics International at:pcprogram@matrixenergetics.com. We support the human experience and sometimes life gets in the way.
What do I need to do to maintain my certification each year?
In order to maintain active certification status with Matrix Energetics International, you must attend one (1) Fundamentals, or Field Trip (complete 3-day ME Unplugged: Spatial Clairvoyance + Master Harmonic Resonance Technology (MHRT)** as a compete 2-day seminar, or Magic, or Mastery or M-Joy Of Being (Women)*, or M-Joy Integrative*, or Master Energy Dynamics (M.E.D.)**, or Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems** seminar each year. You will be responsible for maintaining this requirement AND for notifying Matrix Energetics International at: pcprogram@matrixenergetics.com once you have attended your maintenance seminar.
Failure to maintain this minimum requirement will result in revocation of active certified practitioner status, including but not limited to removal of your certified practitioner listing on the ME website.
Where do I send my PC Journal?
When you have successfully documented your 120 sessions/hours in your PC Journal, please email: pcprogram@matrixenergetics.com. You may either email your journal or mail your journal to the address that will be provided at that time. Please note that Matrix Energetics International is unable to return journals sent by mail. Therefore it is recommended that you prepare your journal in an economic notebook. You may send a photocopy of your journal if you wish to retain the original for your personal and professional records.
What else is required to complete the certification process, once I have submitted my journal?
A $150 certification-processing fee is due upon notification of approval of your submitted PC Journal. Payment instructions will be provided in your PC Journal approval notification.
You will be required to take a Matrix Energetics® Certification Exam, which will demonstrate that you have basic proficiency in the concepts and application of Matrix Energetics®. The exam will be sent to you upon receipt of the certification-processing fee and is to be completed and returned electronically. Achieving 80% or higher will be expected for certification. The exam will include principles and core concepts that have been covered throughout the required seminars and in required reading materials referenced on the Practitioner Certification page on our website.
Upon successfully passing the exam, you will be sent the Official Matrix Energetics® Certified Practitioner Agreement, which will require your review and signature, with instructions for returning your signed agreement. Once we are in receipt of your signed agreement you will be sent notification that you are an Official Matrix Energetics® Certified Practitioner!
Once I am certified, why do I need to return once per year to retake a seminar?
Matrix Energetics® is an ever changing, evolving consciousness technology. Richard Bartlett, Melissa Joy, their teachings and the morphic field of ME are also constantly changing. In order for you to maintain congruity with the current teachings of Matrix Energetics® and to maintain certification, it is required that all Certified Practitioners attend a minimum of one seminar per year. Your maintenance seminar can be a Fundamentals (or Fundamentals Intensive) or Field Trip (complete 3-day ME Unplugged: + IAI), or ME Unplugged: Spatial Clairvoyance + MHRT** as a complete 2-day seminar, or Magic, or Mastery, or M-Joy Of Being*, or M.E.D.** seminar.
Are a third Fundamentals, a second Field Trip, an M-Joy Of Being (Women)*, an M-Joy Integrative*, a M.E.D.**, a Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems**, a Magic, a MHRT**, and a Mastery seminar required for PC Certification?
Attending a third Fundamentals, a second Field Trip, an M-Joy Of Being (Women)*, an M-Joy Integrative*, a M.E.D.**, a Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems**, a Magic, a MHRT** or a Mastery seminar is optional and not required for certification. However, completing these seminars can count towards your Practicum Sessions/Hours requirement, as outlined above and on the Practitioner Certification page on our website.
When am I able to use Matrix Energetics® marketing materials?
Once you have submitted your completed PC Journal, paid the certification processing fee, passed the certification exam and returned your signed PC Agreement, you will receive official notification that you are approved as a Matrix Energetics® Certified Practitioner. At this time you will be sent instructions to create your practitioner listing for the ME website. You will also be sent the Matrix Energetics® logo and be granted permission to use the ME logo on your own website and marketing materials. At this time you will be eligible to market your services as a Matrix Energetics® Certified Practitioner.
How long does it take to receive my Certificate of Completion once I have returned my signed PC Agreement?
Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your Certificate of Completion.
I am interested in Interning / Staffing at a future seminar. How do I apply to staff a seminar?
Once you have been an active Certified Practitioner for at least one (1) year and have attended a minimum of three (3) Fundamentals seminars, you are eligible to apply to staff upcoming ME seminars. This is a work exchange program, which enables you to take your Matrix Energetics® skills and experience to a deeper level. In exchange for your service, you may attend the seminar at a significant discount.
If you are interested in service and would like to staff an upcoming Matrix Energetics® seminar once you are eligible, please complete the Intern Request Form, which can be found on our website at: http://www.matrixenergetics.com/interns.aspx. This form must be completed and submitted to internprogram@matrixenergetics.com prior to consideration of your request. The Internship Program is only offered at Matrix Energetics seminars conducted in North America at this time. There is no Internship Program for seminars offered outside of the United States and Canada.
Please note that there are more requests to staff than available internship space. Matrix Energetics International can only accept requests as space permits for specific scheduled seminars. Please refer to the Matrix Energetics® website for upcoming seminars. Matrix Energetics International cannot hold requests to staff seminars that are not yet posted on the ME website. Please submit only one intern request at a time. You will not be able to request staffing at a second seminar until you have successfully completed staffing your first seminar. Intern training will be provided for you during the seminar that you staff.
Are there any seminars that I may not be eligible to staff as a first time intern?
Due to comprehensive intern training, Matrix Energetics® is unable to honor first time interns at Field Trip, Magic, MHRT**, Mastery, or seminars which include back to back Fundamentals with any added on seminar.
M.E.D**, Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems **, or M-Joy* seminars are not Matrix Energetics seminars and do not have an intern program available at this time. Please plan to make your first time intern request for seminars other than the above referenced events.
Am I guaranteed an internship once I am a Certified Practitioner?
Due to the high volume of intern requests received, there is no guarantee that you will be able to intern.
