Friday 7 pm to 9 pm - Friday evening's Intro to the Seminar is Free and Open to the Public as Space Allows.
Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (8:30 am Registration)
Sunday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Monday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Sign-in Registration, Manuals and Badges will be handed out Saturday morning starting at 8:30.
Please wear your Badge Monday for Entry.
The Seminar is located in the Ballroom of the same Hotel. We ask everyone to wear loose, comfortable clothing and ladies to wear pants. It is best to dress in layers to be prepared for weather and hotel air-conditioning.
There is a lunch break each day for you to eat at a local restaurant. Coffee and tea are provided in the mornings and you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. The lunch break is on your own. We suggest you bring business cards to network with if you have them. Please refrain from wearing perfumes and scents as some are sensitive.
The seminars usually end on time although it is a little flexible.
