Roselight Roselight ME message board member Registered: 12/27/08 Posts: 68	I am a bit behind on this post, however I had F 2 it on all day. I had a very relaxing, stress free day. It was almost too relaxing, bordering laziness. Slept great last night and used this frequency inverted to help my 6 year old daughter fall asleep. She said she couldn't sleep and was wiggly, so used this twice and she was out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Gen for all the great idea's on this Frequency. I am getting a much better sense of the frequencies from these threads. _________________________ Rose
