Yes, this title: Success, Ego & Higher Self certainly is one very good eye opener on religion -- AND much more; pertaining to the separation of soul & ego-self, etc. I have appreciated Veronica for a few years and notice that they do not volunteer as much as Bashar, who seems to leave no stone unturned as it were/? Absolutely great to hear anothers 'voice'. This purpose I believe is well served by the writings of David R Hawkins MD, phd. His distinguishing the ego is exhaustive which is a powerful way to anchor that knowledge in oneself. Living beyond the ego persistently is often termed enlightenment. I'm not sure about this because even then from time to time one seeks the difficult or previously avoided experience and in those times the ego is recognized as still active in those situations. But the end of these ventures is a return to the same state in these new situations. I would call this a mastery approach. Because this has nothing to do with anyone elses's analysis it relies purely on one's own subjective experience. Obviously the recognition of the subjective nature of human reality which allows for the exploration of far greater possibilities than in the delusion of objectivity. I'm sure you've had some-one come up and say "How's the AZZ show going today" or like that indicating that your experience/show is your own and that you act produce and publicize it's existence. And to that degree you find yourself performative with what you express is hardly of the nonlinear nature of bliss to which you are simulataneously present. Thus the delivery of some semblence of truth necessitates the recognition of the truth to be communicated. Without this knowledge the ego can just run on and on.
