Janice got to do some more ME practice on me last night. After returning from the NJ ME seminar, I promptly managed to sit in a desk chair and as I did it rolled on the wood floor. It rolled back slightly placing a back roller squarely on top of my trailing leg's big toe. But because my full weight was pushing the chair and roller down straight down and the leg and toe were essentially torqued behind the chair with the chair also partially under the keyboard, etc., I could not stand up to release the weigh on the toe. The more I tried to move the chair the worse it went for my already squashed toe.
Janice immediately ME-ed the smashed toe and it was fine before bedtime as it is this morning. It is nice to get a toe-hold on ME (or an ME-hold on a toe).
