To tell the truth, there really isn't much difference from my perspective, having done both with success. You enter a "nothingness" state of mind with both (ME is the "heart space" and QE is the "in between thoughts" state) and that is where you do your work. If I two-point something with ME I can feel the jolt of the wave collapse if I choose to but other than that sensation the results will be the same using either.
