Rodney Rodney ME old hand Registered: 06/09/08 Posts: 1070 Loc: NY, USA	There is something useful about keeping a tangible log of unexpected ME-type happenings. "Notes of Noticings" Janice has been giving her Study Group participants a different exercise each week and asking for logged reports (as people are able and willing). [Perhaps a little like Harry Potter's homework assignments (if he had them)]. The mere act of logging what you notice in ME group assignment efforts seems to increase the frequency of interesting and useful events. At least that is what the early feedback seems to be among participants. This week for us it has been psychically-linked synchronicities. 1). Late yesterday I got an email surrounding an invited lecture (not that soon or even the next trip) asking me to decide on hotel, etc. arrangements. I had said nothing to Janice about receiving the email but she awoke this morning completely focused on deciding about her parts of that exact trip (the exact information I would need to reply to the email). 2). Late last night I made a store run for one item and ended up grabbing blueberries as an afterthought(not what I went for). This morning as I told Janice I had them for our breakfast, she told me that had been unnecessary as she had gotten two new containers of blueberries not 24 hour before. Only.....minutes later she realized that a small bag of groceries (mainly her blueberries) with her two containers had been checked out in the store but never made it back into the cart or to the car. I love to share with others not in a look " what I can do" but in a "if this can happen for me, it can happen for you!! Writing it down may be a good idea until you really get that these kind of experiences are your norm and no big deal. Kind of like writing down all your past life experiences after hundreds of rebirth sessions...but then they become the past...no need to hold on to them because you Know and Trust yourself and the gift in everything. In the beginning however, when patterns become absent/new/different and you no longer notice them as new/different/absent...it is fun to write them down so you really embrace your multi-dimensionality and ability. I am so grateful and thankful for Walmart donating $20 million so that poor people and rich people can enjoy the museum without having to pay an admission fee.
