timeout timeout ME message board member Registered: 12/11/11 Posts: 63	Hello all, I've felt a lot of energy shifts lately inside of me, and today, for some reason, I feel a kind of cold all through my body. I'm really, really cold, but it does not feel completely like physical cold. - It's warm outside and I'm inside, even with the heating on, but I feel so cold. Anyone has a clue what this is?

Had them in 90*weather ,shaking that had to use a sweater till normalized .F'1 ? might feel like insolation ,when too much sun feel that cold inside .My thought .Makes sense ? _________________________

Yes...it is not all yours...moving it out and shifting the part of you in resonance with it...same thing happened to me last night under very warm down and other blankets... Also our body temp goes thru changes as it is processing some of the shifts we are engaged in... and for me...cold is emotionally about fear...mine and others. Yes, it's definitely part of the process, came after a period of vibrations and shifting energy. Never felt something like that before. Of course I know how it feels to be cold because of cold temperatures, or when you're getting ill. - But this was different: A kind of solid layer of cold affecting my whole body, not the body feeling cold. Actually, the body was warm (except hands and feet), and clearly was fighting that layer. It was also strange, that this was continuing for hours, nothing really seemed to help until you shifted it. ... finally feeling warm again $\:\)$
