It knows there is no right or wrong and it is all a state of play expressed as information. The easiest way to play with Level 4 is precisely that...play with it as a two point. Simplify. barbara z barbara z ME veteran Registered: 09/12/07 Posts: 1549	thanks Melissa Had a client email me who hasn't slept on her own for 6yrs the doctors told her that her brain doens'nt make the hormone she needs for sleep, and is hoping i can help. my first reaction was fear and panic and that i was out of my element(what element that is i have no idea). but i was in my head where my fears run wild.then i remembered it doesn't matter(why so serious?)because when i'm in my heart field that tordial field has access to any and all information and all i need to do is relax,let go and have fun.
