kris13iam kris13iam ME journeyman Registered: 06/21/11 Posts: 32 Loc: marin, california	I haven't been to a live seminar yet but I've got the Matrix Energetics Experience Kit. I was wondering if anyone uses the 21 Frequencies Control Panel as a way to "set up" the day each morning. I know there is no wrong way to "play," but was curious if anyone else out there was doing the same thing... N J N J Matrix Enthusiast Registered: 07/25/08 Posts: 246	The main way I use the 21 frequency panel board is when something is out of balance and I am not clear what has misaligned. I turn on the main powerboard, then ask that all 21 frequencies turn on and calibrate for optimal balance in my field. Works great when I remember to do it. I had not thought of starting the day with that sort of calibration. I'll try it. When working on something or someone, I'd look at the control panel to mentally "see" which frequencies "lit up." That would tell me which ones wanted to play in that moment and I'd "flip" them on. There is no right or wrong way to use them. They're self-intelligent. Kay Sassani Kay Sassani ME message board member Registered: 01/09/09 Posts: 85	I have set up frequencies showers in my bedroom and front doorways and, of course, in my shower (I think the shower idea is Justice's, but I am not sure). Since the frequencies are self-intelligent, I trust them to know whether I need any of them, where and how I need them and that they will shower me accordingly. But the list is way too long in the archives to look for it. I believe there was also some discussion about the frequency panel to "start" the day. The problem I see with control panels is that there are an infinite number of frequencies and by limiting oneself to the first 21 is, well, limiting, while trying to include a panel with all of them isn't practical. Kay's suggestion of just letting the frequencies decide what is needed seems to eliminate both problems and is one I also favor (although I don't use the shower method). _________________________ Shift happens.
