When another thought, picture, energy comes in while I am playing with my own energy or another's, I make a copy of myself and put it away from me to handle, so I can be present to the process I am involved in. I became aware of them and popped them releasing the experiences plus my reactions to them. Interesting Kevin. Do you think going back to that controlling relationship we spoke about and popping the bubbles of me "not seeing" what was going on might help?
